Cindy McKay

Cindy McKay stole money from a store on the Eastern Shore where she was a manager to make the back payments on her house. It was her second theft conviction, and she was sentenced to 15 years for felony theft. She left a husband and eight children behind. She served time in the maximum-security wing of the state's women's prison in Jessup from 1991 to 1999. During that time, she filmed public service announcements and started a nonprofit.
