Duncan to make anti-slots pitch in city

With slot machine legislation heating up in the state legislature, Montgomery County Executive Douglas M. Duncan heads to Baltimore today to voice his opposition on the home turf of his likely rival in next year's Democratic primary for governor, Mayor Martin O'Malley.
