Sen. Brian Frosh
This longtime chairman of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee will be heavily involved in legislation to overturn a court ruling that pit bulls are "inherently dangerous" animals. Frosh, a Montgomery County Democrat, says he's "optimistic" a bill can be passed -- but cautions there won't be time for a drawn out debate on the issue.
