Homeless camp torn down

Michael Wiggins (right), who is homeless, holds a sign as he stops city vehicles from entering the encampment at Interstate 83 and the Fallsway. Wiggins moved when asked to by the police. The homeless encampment is being cleared and the people living there have been asked to leave.
