The Glenelg United Methodist Church will open its food pantry on April 20 from 9 to 11 a.m. The pantry is in need of peanut butter, jelly and condiments.

If you would like to donate food items for our neighbors in need or are in need of food, you can stop by the food pantry on April 20.

The Columbia Pro Cantare will perform music of Spain and Latin America on May 4 at 8 p.m. at the Jim Rouse Theatre in Columbia. A pre-concert lecture by musicologist Barbara Renton Ph.D. will be held at 7 p.m. before the concert.

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church will hold its monthly feast on April 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church. The menu is Italian Night, and as always, donated by Smokin' Hot Bar and Grille, in the Inwood Shopping Center. The proceeds will go to benefit the J2A Youth Pilgrimage to Arizona. The Knights of Columbus from St. Louis' Catholic Church will hold a Longaberger Charity Basket Bingo on April 26. Doors open at 6 p.m., and bingo starts at 7 p.m. Admission is $25.
