What is a West Laurel sign of spring? It's the Bond Mill Elementary PTO Carnival on Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is nothing like it around. The games, rides, food, bake sale and silent auction items are amazing. The neighborhood kids look forward to this wonderful tradition every May. The carnival gets better every year and that's saying a lot because it has been memorable for decades. Come join Principal Justin Fitzgerald, the PTO and the many volunteers who make this happen.
