Local volunteers give thanks for support of No Person Left Behind [Letters]

Laurel, my hometown and one that I am proud of, came out in support of our troops Nov. 13 at CJ Ferrari's Restaurant.

This was a night of getting together with friends and heroes.

No Person Left Behind, a nonprofit group founded by Mark Hoke, wants to thank everyone for their support.

Many thanks to all who supported this function and special thanks to CJ. Ferrari's for hosting the dinner and donating over 10 percent of the day's receipts to our veterans.

Thanks also to Minuteman Press for the donation of the flyers.

Richard Kluckhuhn, Susan Peacock and Mark Hoke
