Baltimore Avenue, 14200 block, April 1. Theft.

Howard County

Washington Boulevard, 9400 block, between 7 p.m. April 5 and 7 p.m. April 8. Entry gained to storage trailers at Foreman Equipment. Tractor tries and rims stolen from unsecured trailer. Locking mechanism broken off to gain entry into second trailer. Unknown if anything was taken.
