With a menu that puts fresh, East Coast fish in the spotlight, the restaurant has already earned more than a few fans.
“Our philosophy is to celebrate the best of the East Coast, from Maine all the way down to Florida,” said Tricia Hudson.
That means an ever-changing variety of Atlantic Ocean fish, bought whole or whole side and butchered on-site. There are land-based options, too, but most of the menu is from the sea.
