Ulman picks up trash wearing RG3 jersey [Pictures]
Howard County Executive Ken Ulman made a wager with Prince George's County Executive that whoever lost Sunday's Ravens/Redskins game would have to wear the opposing team's jersey while picking up trash in their county, and singing their fight song. Ulman loses Ravens-Redskins bet
