Howard County Police said Thursday they are searching for a man who secretly set up a video camera inside the Ellicott City condominium of two women in their mid 20s.
The condo is located in the 8300 block of Montgomery Road. Police said one of the women discovered the camera concealed in her bedroom closet in September and called police.
After investigating contractors and workers in the area, police said they have do not have any leads or suspects.
On Thursday, police released video and images of the unidentified man, which were captured while the man was setting up the camera.
Police said the camera was first set up in late June, and that the man had re-entered the condo multiple times during daytime hours to move the camera between the two women's bedrooms and bathroom.
Police said the condo showed no signs of forced entry.
Police are asking for the public's help in identifying the man, who is described in his 30s with a heavy build and shaved brown hair.
Police added that the man is seen on the video wearing the same light brown button up shirt and khaki shorts, which detectives believe could be a uniform.
Police added he was also seen wearing a Baltimore Ravens cap.
Once identified, the man will face multiple charges of breaking and entering, and videotaping a person in private without consent, police said.
