Highlighted by another state championship run for Marriotts Ridge, this season in Howard County girls lacrosse saw some of its fiercest competition to date.

Adding Mt. Hebron to the mix, which won its 23rd county championship, the battle of Route 99 lived up to its hype once again.

In IAAM play, Glenelg Country had its first winning season since 2005, and finished as the B Conference runner-up.

Wilde Lake’s Grayson Corbett set a new county scoring record with 277 career goals, as well as 14 goals in a single game.

Lillie Miller and Imani Sanders set single season scoring records at Long Reach, and Taylor Hensh and Tianna Wallpher were chosen as Under Armour All-Americans.
