Gunman steals drugs from Ellicott City pharmacy [Crime Log]

Baltimore National Pike, 9300 block, 2:33 p.m. Jan. 23. Employees confronted inside Ellicott City Pharmacy by man armed with handgun who demanded drugs. Drugs stolen.

Waterloo Road, 5600 block, 3:06 p.m. Jan. 25. Entry gained to residence by forcing open rear door. Copper stolen.


Holly Springs Lane, 7000 block, between 4 and 7:24 p.m. Jan. 27. Entry gained to residence by cutting screen and smashing lower-level rear window. Jewelry stolen.

Savage/North Laurel

Sylvan Still Road, 9500 block, between 12:01 a.m. Jan. 20 and 8:30 a.m. Jan. 21. Entry gained to residence by removing screen from unlocked window. Nothing stolen. Toilet was clogged and left running, extensive damage. Investigation continuing.

Gross Avenue, 9100 block, between 12:01 a.m. Jan. 18 and 1 p.m. Jan. 22. Entry gained to apartment by forcing open basement window. Copper pipes stolen.
