Howard County government is seeking individuals to serve on its Housing and Community Development Board.
Comprised of seven members, the board advises County Executive Ken Ulman on housing policy, community development, and makes recommendations on county-owned housing for loan and grant programs.
To be eligible, candidates must be 18 years of age or older, Howard County residents, have no financial interests in land or property acquired or held for urban renewal or community development projects and able to attend the meetings, which are generally held at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month inside the Howard County Housing's Conference Room on the third floor of the Gateway Building, located at 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive.
