Driver in Mt. Hebron crash may not have yielded to truck

Howard County Police investigators have confirmed the teenage driver of the Honda Civic struck by a Mack truck outside of Mt.Hebron High School on the afternoon of Thursday, Jan. 3 failed to stop at the stop sign when exiting the school parking lot.
