Tremaine Gallery at The Hotchkiss School, 11 Interlaken Road in the Lakeville section of Salisbury, presents “Manifest Destiny: Photographic works by Leigh Merrill” until Friday, March 8, with an artist talk and reception on Friday, Feb. 22, from 6 to 8 p.m.
The three series shown in the exhibit are “Into the Sunset,” which presents digitally constructed scenes of North Texas; “Delphinidin,” which features cut and artificial flowers in vacuous black backgrounds; and “Mockingbird,” made up of short videos of Texas.
Gallery hours are Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday noon to 4 p.m.
