The Howard County Public School System’s Fine Arts Advisory Council is holding a Fine Arts Night at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
The information session is for elementary and middle school students who are interested in taking dance, music, theater or visual arts classes in high schools, as well as their parents.
The event will include student performances, high school course lists and registration information and a question and answer session. High school fine arts teachers and student artists from dance, music, theater and visual arts classes will share insights and experiences, and offer younger students and their parents information and advice for pursuing fine arts in high school.
