Wegmans and Apple Ford, located off of McGaw Road in East Columbia, are partnering with the American Red Cross for a blood drive Saturday, Sept. 22.
The American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be stationed in the Apple Ford parking lot, located across the street from Wegmans, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
As if donating blood wasn't rewarding enough, Wegmans and Apple Ford are sweetening the pot. Those who donate a pint of blood will receive coupons for a free pint of Wegmans' premium ice cream and a free oil change at Apple Ford.
Donation times may be scheduled by calling 1-800-REDCROSS or by visiting the Red Cross's website. Walk in donations are also welcome.
