Ravens Ray Rice hosts fundraiser at Columbia Wegmans

FootballRay Rice

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice hosted a fundraiser at the Wegmans in Columbia on Thursday.

Tickets, which went for $100, supported the Ray Rice Charitable Fund and The Arc of Howard County.

Rice, who was at the event as a representative of BODYARMOR SuperDrink, took pictures and talked with fans — most of whom were wearing Rice's jersey.

During a Q&A session, he talked about the Super Bowl, getting ready for next season and his famous 4th-and-29 play.

Rice's charitable fund focuses much of its support toward anti-bullying initiatives, and The Arc of Howard County supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
