Water main breaks in east Columbia

Howard County's Department of Public Works reported a water main break in Owen Brown Wednesday morning.

According to the alert, approximately 25 residences and businesses near the 6400 block of Elffolk Terrace have been affected.

The alert estimates it the water main will be repaired by approximately 4:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Any residents or business owners with additional concerns can call the Howard County Department of Public Works Bureau of Utilities at 410-313-4900.
