With a versatile skill set, Wilde Lake’s Grayson Corbett enjoyed a breakout season this past spring for the Wildecats’ girls lacrosse team.
Scoring in bunches, she finished second in the county in scoring with 91 points and was the league leader in goals (86). She tied a school record, previously held by Beth Glaros, by scoring 12 times in a single game this year.
Corbett’s individual success also translated to team success, with Wilde Lake winning seven games to tie a program record. Leading up to her senior campaign, she has already verbally committed to play college lacrosse at Hofstra University.Copyright © 2014, The Baltimore Sun
