The Raiders earned their first official win of the season, 21-14, over visiting Mt. Hebron (2-6) on homecoming.

The game was tied, 7-7, at halftime.

Atholton senior running back Isaac Murray rushed for 84 yards and a TD and caught six passes for 119 yards, including the go-ahead touchdown pass from Lamarre Whitlock (4 completions, 133 yards) in the third quarter. Whitlock also rushed for 54 yards and a touchdown.

Bryan Gsell broke up three passes for the Raiders.

Atholton was coming off of a 36-35 loss at Oakland Mills, while Mt. Hebron had won two games in a row by one touchdown.
