A Virginia based company has purchased a 7-Eleven near downtown Columbia for $1.6 million, according to a news release from the Virginia real estate firmed that facilitated the purchase.

Columbia Village LLC of Vienna, Va. purchased a convenience store located at 5740 Columbia Road, which is off of Little Patuxent Parkway.

The 3,153 square foot building is leased to 7-Eleven, according to a release from Spence Hill Associates.
