•Maryland Access Point (MAP) — Part of the Howard County Office on Aging, is an information and assistance gateway for older adults, people with disabilities, family members, caregivers and professionals. Information on respite and home care, long-term care, in-home evaluation, aging in place and home modifications, retirement and planning for the future, Medicare and health insurance, chronic-disease management, housing, transportation, income management, and legal services.
