30-second timeout with ... Tim Virostek, Wilde Lake distance runner

Wilde Lake senior Tim Virostek is getting set for the final indoor track meet of his high school career, heading down to the PG Sports Complex on Tuesday for the 3A state championship meet. Virostek has already had a fantastic winter, starting back in December and continuing through the county and region meets. He won the 500- and 800-meter runs at the county championships, while capturing the 800 and 1,600 at the 3A East regional.
