The eighth annual Howard County Housing Fair will be Saturday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Long Reach High School, 6101 Old Dobbin Lane, in Columbia.
At the fair, real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, housing specialists and county personnel will be on hand to give guidance about renting and buying in Howard County. Admission to the event is free.
Guided bus tours will showcase new and existing home communities for rent and purchase, according to a news release.
Also at the event, two attendees will have the chance to "make their homeownership dreams come true" with the Housing Lottery. Two winners will be given an opportunity to purchase new homes at significantly reduced prices.
