Raymond Joseph

Columbia resident Raymond Joseph served as Haitian ambassador to the United States from 2005 to 2010. He recently founded A Dollar A Tree For Haiti, a reforestation program. The deforestation of Haiti has led to a myriad of problems for the island nation, including erosion, vulnerability to hurricanes and food scarcity.
