Howard Community College in Columbia is offering more than 50 new non-credit courses this summer, with many focusing on how to teach science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) to preschool-age children and women and girls.
Other non-credit continuing education courses include computer and real estate offerings, like an introduction to Microsoft Publisher and investing, buying and selling strategies.
Most courses are grade-free and exam-free, except for licensure and certification offerings.
Online registration began last week. Walk-in, fax and mailed registration starts Tuesday, May 14. For more information call HCC’s Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development at 443-518-1700 or visit coned.howardcc.edu.Copyright © 2014, The Baltimore Sun
