Columbia teen charged in Pasadena murder

A Columbia teen was charged along with a Glen Burnie teen in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man outside of a house party in Pasadena on Saturday, according to Anne Arundel County Police news release.

Ronald Lee McLeod, 18, of Columbia and Daniel Alex Savage, 18, of Glen Burnie, were charged with first-degree murder and other charges in connection with the death of Matthew Morrow, who died from gunshot wounds after being transported to an area hospital early Saturday morning.

A second 20-year-old victim, whose identity has not been released, was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

According to the news release, officers from police's eastern district responded to reports of a shooting at a house party located in the 7000 block of Outing Avenue at 1:30 a.m. on Sat., Oct. 13.

Both victims were treated with first aid and CPR at the scene before being transported to an area hospital, police said.

Police said Morrow was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.

Police said McLeod, who is listed in court records as residing at 7200 block of Stallings Drive, is known to reside at residences in both Howard County and Anne Arundel County.
