Guns stolen from West Columbia home [Crime Log]

The following is compiled from police reports. Descriptions of perpetrators are included only when the description makes identification possible.

East Columbia

Majors Lane, 6300 block, between 6 a.m. and 7:39 p.m. June 20. Victim found doorknob removed, door open. Nothing stolen.

Kilimanjaro Road, 9400 block, 10:21 p.m., June 21. Four juveniles approached victim. Cash and cell phone stolen.

Murray Hill Road, 7600 block, 10:43 a.m., June 21. Male entered store and handed note to employee demanding money. Cash stolen; no injuries.

Broken Staff Way, 7400 block, June 18. Laptop and watch stolen from home. Rear door lock tampered with.

Murray Hill Road, 7600 block, between 5:30 p.m. June 18 and 8:15 a.m. June 19. Window at Murray Hill pool shattered by rock; furniture and tanning lotion thrown into pool.

Old Columbia Road, 10200 block, between 6 p.m. June 17 and 7:30 a.m. June 18. Victim's vehicles ransacked, purse stolen, credit cards used at multiple locations.

Tamebird Court, 8800 block, between 11 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. Two TVs, laptop and cell phone stolen from residence. No signs of forced entry.

Oakland Mills Road, 7300 block, 9:16 p.m., June 16. Three juveniles threw victim to ground, stole sneakers and mountain bike. One later found with bike.

West Columbia

Brook Way, 5100 block, between 7 p.m. June 20 and 2:11 a.m. June 21. Victim found door pried open, TV missing.

Green Mountain Circle, 5000 block, between 6:30 a.m. June 20 and 2 a.m. June 21. Victim returned home to find front door open, several guns missing from safe.

Nightmist Court, 10300 block, between 7 p.m. June 19 and 2 a.m, June 20. Victim awoke to find front door open. Wallet and vehicle stolen.

Old Annapolis Road, 8700 block, between 8 a.m. June 21 and 2 p.m. June 22. Entry made into Howard High School concession stand by cutting hole around lock. Candy stolen.

Nightmist Court, 10300 block, between noon and 1 p.m, June 19. Laptop, microphone, thumb drive and bag stolen from residence. Entry gained via unlocked sliding door.
