100 days after Ellicott City flood

Mojan Bagha, center, owner of Main Street Oriental Rugs in Ellicott City, speaks to customers Wayne and Sandy Pfau, of Elkridge, during the store's grand reopening after repairing damage from a late-July flood. The Pfaus had a rug in Basha's shop for cleaning during the flood. It was damaged but repaired by Main Street Oriental Rugs. Wayne Pfau is a retired postman who delivered to Main Street during part of his career.
