River Hill music department to present 'American History in Music'

The River Hill High School Music Department is presenting “American History in Music” Oct. 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the school’s cafeteria.

The River Hill choir and orchestra will present selections including “The Battle Hymn of the Republic,” the “Marine Corps Hymn,” Shenandoah,” “My Lord What a Morning” and other patriotic songs.

Coffee and dessert will be served during the show.
