River Hill ready to rock at RHHStival 2013

River Hill High School in Clarksville is hosting RHHStival 2013, the annual county-wide youth music festival, Saturday, March 23 from 6-11 p.m. at the school.

The event, billed as Howard County’s largest rock festival, will feature local rock bands, acoustic acts and other music performances from the county’s young musicians.
