An inmate serving concurrent sentences for two felonies was erroneously released from the Women's Correctional Center in Jessup last month, according to a statement released by the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services Friday.
Tamicia Renea Hager, 26, of Upper Marlboro, was serving two three-year sentences — one for conspiracy to commit robbery with a deadly weapon, one for first-degree burglary — when she was released from the women's jail Nov. 21. She was not eligible for release until December 2013.
DPSCS has issued a retake warrant on Hager, whom it described as a 5'5", 300-pound African-American female with brown hair and brown eyes, and urged anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911.
