Forum A free forum, "Your Health and Our Changing Climate," is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Howard Community College, 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia. Speakers include Drs. Cindy Parker of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Steve Shapiro of Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, authors of "Climate Chaos: Your Health at Risk; What You Can Do to Protect Yourself and Your Family." Others will speak about the health effects of climate change on infants, children, the elderly and others. Speakers from government agencies and local organizations will discuss the community resources available to face the challenges ahead. 'Remembering Our Greatest Generation' Fred Campbell, an associate professor of history at Howard Community College, examines the veteran experience in World War II at 2 p.m. at Howard County Library's Miller branch, 9421 Frederick Road in Ellicott City. Annual Human Rights Potluck Dinner Event to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights takes place at 6 p.m. at the Bain Center, 5470 Ruth Keeton Way in Columbia. Holiday lights The 20th annual Symphony of Lights, a 20-minute drive-through more than 70 larger-than-life holiday light displays, begins Nov. 25 and continues through Jan. 5 at Symphony Woods in Columbia. Admission is $20 per car or van, up to eight passengers; $45 for commercial vans and minibuses seating nine to 24 people; and $125 for buses exceeding 24 passengers.
