Concert series

The Unitarian Universalist Chalice Concert Series will present a piano recital to celebrate the 200th birthday of composer Franz Liszt at 8 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Owen Brown Interfaith Center, 7246 Cradlerock Way. Regional and international pianists will join artistic director Michael Adcock in a program highlighting Liszt's musical contributions. "Genie Oblige: The Musical Legacy of Franz Liszt" precedes the recital at 7:15 p.m. Tickets are $20, $15 for students, free for children younger than 15 with a paying adult. Fitness at Slayton House

A six-week session of Bare Fusion fitness classes will be held Mondays through Wednesdays through Nov. 21 at Slayton House, 10400 Cross Fox Lane.
