Rodney Eugene Wanzer, 48, of the 300 block of Congress Avenue, was charged Monday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with multiple counts of forging private documents, theft below $1,000 and issuing false documents.

Joseph Thomas Waters IV, 21, of the first block of Locust Street, was charged Monday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, concealing a dangerous weapon and using a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.
