A crash in Fallston sent three people to regional trauma centers on Tuesday morning, the Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS Association reported.
A "multi-vehicle auto collision with injury and entrapment" was reported near Route 152 and Connolly Road, the Association reported on its Facebook page.
The crash happened at 5:42 a.m., according to Maryland State Police, who responded.
A State Police representative at the Bel Air Barrack, who declined to give her name, said she did not know how many cars were involved but said the injuries to the victims were not life-threatening.
Four medic units were called to the scene for three people initially reported trapped, according to the Fire and EMS Association's Facebook post.
The three people injured were taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital in Baltimore, according to state police.
