Kimberly Reed, 39, of the 100 block of Osborne Road, was charged Saturday with obstructing and hindering police.
Taylor Morningstar, 19, of the 200 block of Oak Leaf Circle, was charged Saturday with attempted fourth-degree burglary and vandalism.
