Harford flooding concerns

Harford County Emergency Services officials say there is concern an earthen dam in the foreground could give way and cause flooding along Little Deer Creek in the White Hall and Street areas. The dam, built in 1961 by the Harford Soil Conservation District, impounds approximately 8 milion cubic feet of water, DES spokesman Robert Thomas said.
