The Havre de Grace Warriors girls lacrosse team made the jump to the Chesapeake (upper) Division of the UCBAC this season and Tuesday, host Fallston gave the Warriors a rough welcome, beating Havre de Grace, 18-2.

Megan Shock and Logan Gasior led the Cougars with three goals apiece, while Lindsay Summers, Emily Scranton, Caroline English and Kayla Reilly each netted two goals. Rachel Barile, Kathryn Milwicz, Ashley Mozingo and Jesi Wagner added single goals in the win.

Reilly dished out a team-high four assists and Summers had three. Barile and English had two each, while Shock and Mozingo were each credited with one.

Colleen McCormick and Lauren Herrington scored Havre de Grace's goals, both unassisted.

Fallston goalie Erika Wright made two saves and Havre de Grace keeper Abbie Blessing finished with 12. Fallston led 8-2 at the half.

Hawks beat Bobcats

North Harford also picked up a Chesapeake Division win Tuesday, knocking off host Bel Air, 15-6.

Morgan Knox scored three goals and assisted on another and Maddy Dolinar also scored three goals. Julia Schrof, Leah Monticello and Emily Clark each had two goals and one assist.

Nicole Latgis and Caitlin King added a goal and assist each and Katie Clark also scored one goal.

Bel Air scoring was led by Shannon Williams' three goals. Sam Keesey added two goals and one assist and Rebekah Riley added a goal.

Bobcats goalie Taylor Gillis made nine saves.

Rams beat Eagles

Edgewood was also a winner Tuesday night, visiting and beating Aberdeen, 18-4, in Susquehanna (lower) play.

Alyssa Rankin had the big night for the Rams, scoring six goals. Kara Andrews added four goals and Caitlin Rankin scored three.

Megan Poniatowski and Rebecca Nunez added two goals each for the Rams and Meagan Jorge scored a single goal.

Andrews had four assists, while Alyssa Rankin and Caitlin Rankin each had one.

Morgan Tildon, Kayla Gardner, Abbey Sasdelli and April Privett had one goal each for Aberdeen.

Savannah Kerr made 11 saves for Edgewood and Cidney Bomhardt came on and had no saves. Aberdeen goalie Stacey Wardenfelt had nine saves.

Edgewood led at the half, 10-2.

Patriots nipped at home

John Carroll lost 11-10 Tuesday to visiting Roland Park Country School.

Kara Klages scored half of the Patriots goals, with five, while single goals were tallied by Emory Gaeng, Alice Cumpston, Jordan Sdanowich, Grace Richards and Alyssa Lazaro.

Klages also had the only John Carroll assist and goalie Katy Sharretts made 16 saves.
