Jerry Roy Hammer, 53, of the 2900 block of Auden Court in Abingdon, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired and driving the wrong way on a one-way road.

Michael Allan Gullion, 32, of the 100 block of Wilson Street, was charged with burglary and theft on Saturday. The theft was reported on Friday in the 100 block of Seneca Avenue. An aluminum ladder, gas grill and air conditioner were stolen.

A wallet was reported stolen while someone was being transferred to several rooms at Harford Memorial Hospital on Friday.

A birdbath was thrown at a front door in the 1400 block of Chapel Road on Sunday.
