A wallet was stolen last Friday in the first block of Aberdeen Avenue.

Someone was disorderly at Northside Liquors, in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

A theft was reported at Walmart on Tuesday.

A tractor-trailer was refusing to leave Walmart on Wednesday.

Someone was disorderly at Mars, in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road, on Wednesday.

Someone was trespassing Wednesday in the 400 block of Hiobs Lane.

Bel Air

Roman C. Young, 40, of the 600 block of Kildonan Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Someone was disorderly Wednesday on South Main Street.

A theft was reported Wednesday in the 200 block of Thomas Run Road.

Sunglasses were stolen Wednesday on Bel Air South Parkway.

Keshawna Janay Patterson, 26, of the 1500 block of Charlestown Drive, was charged Thursday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license.

A bank card was stolen Wednesday in the 800 block of Windstream Way.

Shots were fired Wednesday on Emily Drive.

William Collins Dersch Jr., 21, of the 700 block of Walters Mill Road, was charged Tuesday with driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol, driving while controlled by drugs and failing to obey traffic control devices.

A copper downspout was stolen in the 500 block of East Jarrettsville Road.

Havre de Grace

Havre de Grace police:

India Lynn James, 40, of the 500 block of Congress Avenue, was charged last Friday with theft after she was arrested for allegedly shoplifting from Save-a-Lot, in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway.

Money was stolen from a home in the 600 block of Concord Street on Monday.

A bike was stolen Nov. 7 in the 400 block of Brant Court.

A package was stolen last Friday in the 400 block of Green Street.

A pumpkin was thrown at a vehicle Saturday in the 300 block of Willow Way.

Ashley Elizabeth Martin, 23, of the 300 block of Candry Terrace in Essex, was charged Wednesday with failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order, disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, resisting arrest and second-degree assault of a detention center employee.

Larry Anthony Stanley, 43, of the 100 block of Cazier Drive in Middletown, Del., was charged Thursday with driving on an expired license, refusing to sign a traffic citation, consuming alcohol in the passenger area of a vehicle, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, failing to drive right of center.

Jessica Ellen Johnson, 26, whose address is only listed as a post office box in North East, was charged Wednesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license.
