Richard D. Williams Jr., 32, of the 1000 block of Starboard Court, was charged Wednesday with possessing marijuana and possessing drugs with intent to distribute.

Keshawna Janay Patterson, 26, of the 1500 block of Charlestown Drive, was charged Thursday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with driving with a suspended license.
