Joshua Eatman, 26, of the 900 block of Edmund Street, was charged Friday with second-degree escape. He was also arrested on two warrants in cases in which he was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and driving with someone younger than 16 not restrained by a seat belt and two counts of driving while his license was suspended.

Aberdeen police report:

Dayron Winchester, 25, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia, a drug with intent to distribute and less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Lamont Rashard Hill, 19, of the 100 block of Rock Road, and Aqueil L. Turner, 18, of the 700 block of Custis Street, were charged Friday with first-degree assault, robbery and theft less than $1,000 in an incident Sept. 24. They were one of three suspects accused of attacking another male in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue, striking him in the head and stealing his clothes, Aberdeen police Lt. Fred Budnick said. The victim was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital and released the next day.

Havre de Grace police reports:

Blake Hodge, 22, who police said has no fixed address, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

Julio Robles, 28, of the 500 block of Bourbon Street, was charged Friday with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

Cassiopeia Chimera Turner, 24, of the 700 block of Revolution Street, and Margaret Jean McLean, 57, of the 100 block of Arthur Avenue in Port Deposit, were charged Monday with third-degree burglary, vandalism more than $500 and two counts of reckless endangerment. McLean was also charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

A 13-year-old boy assaulted another 13-year-old boy in the 100 block of Vancherie Court on Sept. 21. He also damaged furniture and a door during the assault. The boy was charged with second-degree assault, burglary, destruction of property and trespassing.

Robert Gerard Dalls, 32, of no fixed address, was arrested on a warrant through the Cecil County Sheriff's Office Sept. 22 for traffic-related offenses.

A bicycle was stolen Sept. 19 in the 600 block of Pennington Avenue.

Someone was assaulted by a relative in the 700 block of Fountain Street on Sept. 18.

Nicholas Brett Gladden, 25, of the 500 block of Chalcot Square in Essex, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and a drug with intent to distribute.

Joseph Mahan, 23, of the 400 block of Lyceum Avenue in Philadelphia, was charged Monday with marijuana possession, disorderly conduct, driving without the required license and authorization, failure to display his license on demand and reckless driving.

Gelber I. Sanchez-Delgado, 20, of the first block of Hingan Court in Rosedale, and Jimmi Mercado-Alvardo, 25, of the 6700 block of Haven Oak Road in Rosedale, were charged Monday with theft less than $1,000.

Mytisha Bobbie McDonald, 20, of the first block of Valley Arbor Court in Baltimore, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her registration was suspended.

Michelle Renee Davis, 39, of the 4000 block of Weatherhill Road in Wilmington, De., was arrested Sept. 23 on a district court bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended.

Michael Lloyd Huddleston, 30, of the 200 block of Dakota Lane in Hedgesville, W.Va., was arrested Sept. 23 on a district court bench warrant in a case in which he was found guilty of conspiracy to commit theft $1,000 to $10,000. He was also arrested on a warrant in a case in which he was charged with second-degree escape.

Andrew James Redden, 31, of the 400 block of Suburban Drive in Newark, De., was charged Sept. 23 with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Lillian Nicole Huber, 29, of the 20000 block of Old York Road in Parkton, was arrested Sept. 23 on a district court bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with driving while her license was suspended and possession of a suspended license.

Hope Yvonne Jones, 44, of the2600 block of Taylor Avenue in Parkville, was charged Sept. 23 with failure to display her license on demand, driving while her license was suspended and not having her lights on in "unfavorable visibility conditions."

Brenda Ella Thomas, 27, of the 400 block of West Shire Road in Catonsville, was charged Sept. 21 with marijuana possession.

Robert Joseph Ferris, 49, of the first block of West Virginia Court in Newark, De., was charged Sept. 21 with disorderly conduct and two counts each of second-degree assault and vandalism less than $500.
