The Harford County Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police reports:

Aberdeen

Corey Taylor Tscheschlog, 22, who has addresses in the 100 block of Pulaski Highway and in the 500 block of East Jarrettsville Road in Forest Hill, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with second-degree assault, violating an ex parte order and abuse of a vulnerable adult.

Copper wiring was stolen from a construction site Monday in the 700 block of Bentgrass Drive.

Someone was in a vacant home Monday in the 1200 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A vehicle was driven into the woods Monday at Holly Oak Circle and Woods Line Drive.

Aberdeen Police reports:

A phone was stolen Wednesday at Aberdeen High School.

Tools were stolen from Auto Zone, in the 200 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, on Wednesday.

A cart was stolen from Walmart Wednesday in the 1300 block of Pulaski Highway.

A shoplifter was at ShopRite, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road, on Wednesday.

Someone was being disorderly in the first block of Defense Drive on Tuesday.

Someone was disorderly Tuesday at West Bel Air and Mount Royal avenues.

Someone was trespassing Tuesday at Walmart.

Five people were on the roof of the Center for Educational Opportunity, in the 200 block of Paradise Road, on Tuesday.

A shoplifter was reported Tuesday at Auto Zone, in the 200 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Timothy Coster, 46, of the 2800 block of Blue Bell Court, was charged Tuesday with obstructing and hindering police and resisting arrest.

Kids on bikes were touching cars Wednesday on Kyle Green Road.

A man told police Monday he was threatened with a knife after a road rage incident at Fashion Way near Singer Road.

Bel Air

A mailbox and pickup truck in the 700 block of Heston Lane were vandalized Monday.

A window of a home in the 2500 block of Cool Spring Road was broken Monday.

A Motorola Android tablet was stolen Tuesday from the 600 block of North Fountain Green Road.

A vehicle in the 1200 block of Glastonbury Way was keyed Tuesday.

A dog was left in a vehicle Tuesday on Bel Air South Parkway.

Items were stolen Wednesday from a vehicle in the 300 block of Locust Lane and in the 1900 block of Thomas Run Circle.

Belcamp

Darryl Vincent Harris Jr., 27, of the 1300 block of Arabis Court, was charged Tuesday with drug possession other than marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was found guilty of second-degree assault.

A dog was attacked by another dog Monday at Rigbie Hall Court and Declaration Circle.

A car in the 1400 block of Sedum Square was vandalized Wednesday.

A shoplifter was detained Wednesday in the 1300 block of Riverside Parkway.

A wallet was stolen Wednesday from the 1300 block of Brass Mill Road.

Churchville

Signs were reported stolen off a fence Monday in the 500 block of Glenville Road.

Darlington

A cell phone was stolen Wednesday from the 2300 block of Shuresville Road.

Edgewood

Marqui Reginald Powell, 26, of the 400 block of Barnsby Court, was arrested Tuesday on three bench warrants, two from Harford in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended and failure to display his license on demand and one from Anne Arundel County in which he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Preston Kaseem Lawrence, 23, of the 1000 block of Starboard Court, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with failure to obey a lawful police order.

Jordan Alexander Calloway, 23, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Wednesday with drug possession with intent to distribute.

Marquis Terreil Malone, 23, of the 1800 block of Grempler Way, was charged Wednesday in a Baltimore County warrant with first- and second-degree assault.

Dominic Djuan Fraizer, 19, of the 1300 block of Harford Square Drive, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, resisting arrest, obstructing and hindering police and disorderly conduct.

Items were stolen from a store overnight Sunday in the 1800 block of Pulaski Highway.

A window of a home in the 800 block of Windstream Way was broken and a television stolen from inside Monday.

People were riding dirt bikes Monday at Harford Square Drive and Burlington Court.

Someone left Tuesday without paying a bill in the 1800 block of Edgewood Road.

A U-Haul truck was stolen Tuesday from in the 1700 block of Pulaski Highway.

People were smoking marijuana Tuesday at Harford Square Drive and C Court.

A front window of a home in the 700 block of Sequoia Drive was shot with a BB gun.

A cell phone was stolen Wednesday from the 2400 block of Beaver Crossing Road.

Fallston

Jamie May Kloch, 24, of the 1900 block of Laurel Brook Road, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with failure to control speed to avoid a collision, driving an uninsured vehicle, failure to have a child younger than 8 in a safety seat and failure to display a license on demand.

A man told police Monday his daughter was approached by a man Saturday at the Fallston High School tennis courts. The man approached the girl and her friend and asked them questions about tennis; he left after about an hour, telling them he might come back and play with them sometime. The girl told her father she found the man on a sex offender registry website, according to the sheriff's office. A spokesperson for the sheriff's office said police do not believe the man identified on the registry was in the area, but detectives are investigating the incident.

A suspicious man had been following a girl for two days in the 400 block of Streamside Drive, a father told police Tuesday; the sheriff's office had no further information on the incident.

Forest Hill

Duff McCullough Lake, 25, of the 1300 block of Beaumont Court, was charged Tuesday with trespassing, resisting arrest, theft less than $100 and three counts of rogue and vagabond.

Megan Rainey, 27, of the 3000 block of Andover Road who also had an address in Baltimore, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with failure to obey a lawful police order.

Money was stolen Monday in the 1500 block of Rock Spring Road.

Havre de Grace

Samuel Tims III, 20, of the 300 block of Tidewater Drive, was charged Tuesday with marijuana possession.

James Kenneth Eder, 56, of the 600 block of Green Street, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with second-degree assault.

Robert Shawn Dougan, 32, of the 4200 block of Kevin Road, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Havre de Grace Police reports:

Someone walked out without paying a bill in the 300 block of Franklin Street on Tuesday.

A burglary was reported Wednesday in the 100 block of Concove Way.

Stickers were stolen off a license plate Monday in the 400 block of Joppa Farm Road.

A bike was stolen Monday and a cell phone was stolen Aug. 22 from Joppatowne High School in the 500 block of Joppa Farm Road.

A car window was broken Wednesday at Singer and Winters Run roads.

Property was vandalized Wednesday in the 1000 block of Joppa Farm Road.

Pylesville

A toddler was hanging out of a moving vehicle Tuesday at Harkins Road and St. Paul's Church Road.

A kayak was stolen Tuesday from a truck in the 1600 block of Scott Road.

Street

Copper wire was stolen Wednesday from the 3900 block of Prospect Road.

White Hall

A tractor trailer was stuck Monday on Carea Road at Madonna Road, where the signs is telling trucks not to try to drive.

Jonathan O'Neil Lee, 35, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana and obstructing and hindering police.

Earvin Lee Langham Jr., 22, of Riverview Road in Temple Hills, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Russell Cross, 49, of the first block of Chippendale Circle in Newark, Del., was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving with a passenger younger than 16 not restrained by a seat belt, driving while his out-of-state license was suspended, driving while his license was suspended, driving without the required license and authorization and failure to stop at a stop line.

Coty Michelle Boyd, 22, of the 800 block of Minnerva Road in Glen Burnie, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
