Junior Alexis Estrada-Torres, 24, and Manuel DeJesus Ramos, 39, both of the 100 block of River Road in Selma, N.C., were charged Monday with transporting unstamped cigarettes.

Rofino S. Crisostomo Jr., 38, of the 800 block of Shipfriend Road in Middle River, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and vandalism.

Andrea Alice Stokes, 29, of the 3200 block of Kenyon Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Wednesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with altering a prescription, obtaining a prescription by forgery and having a forged prescription.

Gerald B. Dietz, 28, of the 3400 block of Orbitan Road in Parkville, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Joseph Martin Field, 24, of the 200 block of Springfield Street in Wiley Ford, W.Va., was charged Friday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with possessing drugs other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Eric Fisher, who was born in 1983 and lives in the 3100 block of Ryerson Circle in Halethorpe, was charged Saturday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with failing to obey traffic control devices and driving while his license was suspended.

Clayton T. Henson, who was born in 1989 and lives in the first block of Box Circle in Essex, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and failing to obey a lawful order.

Donell Nelson, 30, of the 1200 block of Knights Wood Road in Baltimore, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and failing to obey a lawful order.

Evan Michael O'Toole, 25, of the 100 block of Rex Avenue in Philadelphia, was charged Sunday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with driving while his out-of-state license was suspended.

Cory Alan Wildberger, 22, of the 3600 block of Dahlia Lane in Middle River, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.
