A few boys basketball teams returned to the court Wednesday with Fallston and Patterson Mill each picking up wins.

Fallston's win came over rival Bel Air, 51-50, in non-UCBAC division action.

Kyle Tyree scored 12 points to lead the Cougars (3-0) and Jordan Greenwood added 11 points. Kurtis Sommer chipped in with nine points and 10 rebounds.

Bel Air slipped to 0-2.

Huskies thump Elks

Patterson Mill improved to 2-0 with a 71-22 non-division victory over visiting Elkton. The Huskies led 51-10 at the half. 

Patterson Mill got a season-high 27 points from Bryce Butler, while C.J Keyser scored 13 and Rahmon Felder added 10.

Dajuan Madden had nine points and Jake Ross finished with eight points.

Tech edged by York Tech

In a battle of Tech's, visiting York Tech edged Harford Tech, 56-55, in non-league play. Harford Tech led at the half, 29-26.

Darius Dangerfield scored 25 points to pace the Cobras and Sam Miller had a double-double of 10 points and 10 steals. Fred Miller contributed nine points for the Cobras (1-1).

In non-league action, John Carroll beat visiting C. Milton Wright, 66-55. No details were provided.
