A rally protesting the proposed Bel Air Walmart was held Tuesday evening in Abingdon Walmart's parking lot along Constant Friendship Boulevard.
Steve Tobia, with the Bel Air South Foundation, said protestors passed out "No Walmart" signs to those who wish to join.
After the rally, Tobia said, a large group of people had planned to attend the Harford County Council meeting at "the black box" at 212 S. Bond Street.
