Harford school construction projects

Various capital budgets and facilities plans being approved by Harford school officials contain $18.1 million to replace the heating, cooling and ventilation system at Fallston High School, above, plus millions to replace the nearby Youth's Benefit Elementary School. Other projects, including the replacements of Havre de Grace High School, John Archer School, Homestead-Wakefield Elementary and William Paca/Olf Post Road Elementary are on indefinite hold.
